Well, I daresay that November's craziness is finally behind us. Just a few short weeks before Christmas holidays!

On Saturday, Mike and I did some Christmas shopping for family at Bupyeong Underground Market. The harsh flurorescent lights discouraged me from taking photos at the market, but I did manage to take a few outside the market and near our apartment. It feels like forever since the last time Mike and I were out and about, exploring our new(ish) home.

1. Our view from a bus window, outside of Seoul.
2. The view from a lookout in Jayu Park, Incheon.
3. Itaewon, Seoul.
4. A kitten outside our apartment.
5. Exploring Seoul with new friends.
6. Our view during dinner.
7. Mike in Chinatown, Incheon.
8. A boy skipping to school near our apartment.

*Major cred to Mike for this post.

We made it to South Korea! Thankfully, all our bags (including our imac!) met us at the luggage carousel. We're slowly adjusting to the new timezone and exploring our new neighbourhood.

I ducked in to school today (on a Saturday!) and tried to organize some stuff in my classroom. There's a lot to do, but I've been assured it will all come together.

Mike and I then took a taxi to a nearby shopping district for some supper and shopping. It was our first time venturing out without someone to translate so we were pretty proud of ourselves!
