Early last week, Mike and I went out for dinner with our best friends (for the last time!). I had been eager to try out Deer + Almond since it opened a few months ago. It's a great little spot! We shared seven different dishes, laughed and reminisced and then went out for cake.

    1. i would recommend it! i think it's better if you go with a bigger group - that way you can try a bunch of different dishes and feel somewhat full at the end. i think if i had only ordered one dish for myself, i would've been still pretty hungry. (although the quinoa bowl pictured is a pretty big portion)

      service was good!
