"in the depth of winter
i finally learned that within me
there lay an
invincible summer."

while i'm feeling much more benevolent towards the snow now

than i did on october 9th,

i am still struggling to find that invincible summer within me.

i think it's going to be my winter project to uncover it.

wish me luck!

  7. Good luck, my dear! I feel like especially as you get older, finding that invincible summer becomes more challenging. For me, there comes a point where I have to square with myself and realize that not only do I owe it to myself to find this warmth but life is too short to spend too much time in the cold! I hope you find your summer soon! xoxo

  9. I love this, finding the invincible summer :)

PS: I am with Shokoofeh, how can you jump like that??? I trip and skin my knee attempting to jump like that. Then the picture of me would be face first in the sand! haha

  13. I love the idea of an invincible summer. Sunshine always changes my mood for the better. Seems like winter can always be so gloomy. I'll have to just imagine the sunshine in :)
