last night, last night, my dear friends and i decided to try out a new restaurant - fude. we shared a delectable bunch of appetizers - bruschetta, chili chocolate chicken skewers, toadstool puffs, and a mediterranean dip. mmmm.one of the most humorous parts of the evening was when my friends convinced me to try the chili chocolate chicken, "oh it's not spicy at all janis!". the first bite was good...and then my eyes started watering and my mouth started burning. sigh. i further cemented my reputation as the biggest spice wimp. oh well...
