After walking on the path for ten minutes, Kari asked us, "Do you want to stay on the path or do you want to explore?" We chose to explore and set off into the bushes. Kd carried around some tunes and my heart felt so, so happy.

    hooray for exploring in the forest with friends! such pretty light, here. pretty pretty. i'm always the one falling behind on hikes because i'm documenting what feels like my every move haha. love this.

      this is in whiteshell provincial park in manitoba. i'm afraid i don't know much about hikes + adventures in the states! :)
