Life has been incredibly busy lately. Coming home everyday to this Christmas-y home improves my quality of life greatly. Especially when Mike sets the timer on the Christmas tree lights to turn on exactly when I get home from school. He's a good man!
See our tree last year here.
That tree is so beautiful! And what a cute idea with the timer on the lights!
ReplyDeletei would explain that as some excellent pre-planned christmas magic! its always a bore to turn them on yourself :)

Just stumbled upon your blog and this post. I just noticed that you have The Year of Living Biblically on your bookshelf. Just picked it up from Barnes and Noble the other day.

i love your christmas decorations that you put in bits and bobs here and there, they're so cute and simple and still festive without over doing it! happy christmas!
ReplyDeleteYour place looks so festive & cute! Love all the little touches here & there. Merry Christmas to you!
ReplyDeleteYour apartment is beautiful! I love your decorating - esp. the bunting/garland :) And that rustic shelf is something I Must copy at once!
ReplyDeleteYour home looks so warm and cozy! I love how you decorated it :) I made some pom pom garland for our home this Christmas, too! I think I am going to make some for our wedding as well. Where did you buy your pom poms? I got mine at Michaels, but I did not like the colours they had so I just bought white.
ReplyDeleteI have no idea where I got the pom poms from. I think my mom had a big bag from her teaching days. You might be able to get some neat ones online? (I've seen sort of wool ones that look neat!)
